If your Instagram followers dropped after delivery, check the refill tag on the service you ordered, compare your saved baseline with the current count, and send the Order ID plus those numbers to support while the refill window is still open. The site's pages do not define refill, so ask what your service covers. Allow 24 to 48 hours and do not file a chargeback first.
A drop is a loss between the count you reached after delivery and the count you see later. Some of it can be ordinary profile movement. Some of it can be removals you never see being made. Instagram stated in a November 2018 announcement that it would remove inauthentic likes, follows and comments, and that accounts continuing to use third-party growth apps may see their experience affected. The Instagram Help Center also carries an article titled "Avoid apps that offer likes and followers on Instagram". That is why anyone who wants to buy Instagram followers should plan for a loss before placing the order, not after.
IndianSMMServices does not publish drop rates, and this guide does not invent one. Labels such as Non Drop, Low Drop or Lifetime Guarantee are provider descriptions in the service name. Our guide to what SMM panel service names really mean explains each word as a specification, not a promise.
On 31 October 2026 the Instagram followers services page showed the same service family sold with different refill tags. In the "Max 1M | Non Drop | Instant | 100K/Day" family, which lists a minimum of 100 and a maximum of 10,000 in its order fields, the rates per 1,000 were: No Refill at 183.4134 rupees, 30D Refill at 207.8685, 99D Refill at 244.5512, 365D Refill at 269.0063 and Lifetime Refill at 305.689. Measured against No Refill, the premiums are about 13.3, 33.3, 46.7 and 66.7 percent. Rates change often, so confirm them on the live page.
Two other facts matter for a claim. The add-funds page says refill terms vary by service and that delivery and refill eligibility depend on the selected service, but it gives no day limits or conditions. The Terms page does not define refill at all. So the only hard facts available before you buy are the tag, the window in its name and your own records.
If you plan to automate claims, the order status and refill calls are documented in our guide to the SMM panel refill API. The API documents a refill action and a refill status action, but no eligibility rules or turnaround time.
Illustrative example, not a guarantee. Suppose your profile shows 3,400 followers and you order 2,000 on the 30D Refill listing at 207.8685 rupees per 1,000, a cost of 415.74 rupees. When the order shows completed the count reads 5,400. On day 10 it reads 5,150. The net gain is 1,750 of 2,000, so 250 are missing, which is 12.5 percent of the order. That shortfall is the figure you put in your ticket, together with the three counts and their dates.
Now check the economics. Re-buying 250 on the No Refill twin would cost about 45.85 rupees, while the 30D premium on a 2,000 order was about 48.91 rupees. In this invented case the two are close, which is the honest point: a refill tier is insurance you price, not free value. Our cost per retained follower guide shows the break-even arithmetic, and the three-order pilot test shows how to measure real retention with minimum quantities before you commit a budget.
A claim has little chance when the service was labelled No Refill, when the window in the tag has already closed, or when the shortfall comes from your own profile changes rather than from the delivered followers. Refunds are a separate route with narrow rules. The Terms say refunds are available only for payments made by card or UPI, that crypto or wallet deposits are non-refundable, that a full refund needs cancellation within 24 hours, and that completed and delivered services are not refunded. Approved refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days.
The Dispute Policy asks users to contact official WhatsApp support before any outside action and to allow 24 to 48 hours for investigation. It states that chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting support first are prohibited, with penalties that include a fee of 500 to 1,000 rupees, a ban and forfeited balances. The site lists support hours of 2 PM to 4 PM and 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM with no time zone, while its footer says 24/7 support, so send your ticket with full evidence and do not assume an instant reply. The add-funds page names PayPal, cards, cryptocurrency and Indian options such as UPI, Google Pay, PhonePe and Paytm, but not specific coins or a minimum deposit. Because refunds depend on the payment method, choose it knowing the refund rule above.
On 31 October 2026 I read the live services list, the Terms, add-funds, Dispute Policy and API pages, then the blog archive to avoid repeating a topic, and I opened every internal link used here. Instagram sources were an announcement dated 19 November 2018 and the title and description of its Help Center page, because the body of that page did not load for me. Percentages and costs were calculated in code from the displayed rates. I did not place an order or log in to an order page, so what I describe about order screens comes from service names and the documented API.
IndianSMMServices sells the services discussed here and has a financial interest in orders, including refill tiers, so weigh the comparisons accordingly. The author is credited as Kelvin Mark, Manager, and this page claims no credentials beyond that role. Nothing here is independent testing of delivery, retention or refill outcomes.
Rates, labels and policies change, so recheck them before ordering. The worked example uses invented counts. Instagram's 2018 announcement is old, and I could not read the body of the Help Center article, so current enforcement may differ. Any purchase of followers may be removed by Instagram, may not engage, and may carry platform risk that you accept as the buyer. No refill, label or guarantee removes that risk.
Followers can disappear for reasons you cannot see from outside, including accounts being removed or deactivated. Instagram has said it removes inauthentic likes, follows and comments, according to an announcement published in 2018. IndianSMMServices does not publish drop statistics, so the size of any drop depends on the service and cannot be promised.
A refill tag means the listing offers refills inside the stated window, such as 30D or 365D. The Terms page does not define refill, so ask support what your specific service covers before you rely on it. A service labelled No Refill does not offer one.
Use the refill option on the order if your order page shows one, the API refill action if you use the API, or open a ticket from your logged-in account with the Order ID, a category and a message. Include your baseline, delivered and current counts, and allow 24 to 48 hours.
Not as a rule. The Terms say refunds apply only to payments made by card or UPI, crypto and wallet deposits are non-refundable, a full refund needs cancellation within 24 hours, and completed deliveries are not refunded. Partial refunds are at the company's discretion.
Contact support first. The Dispute Policy says chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting support are prohibited and lists penalties that include a fee of 500 to 1,000 rupees and a ban. Allow the 24 to 48 hours it asks for before taking any outside action.
It depends on how many you expect to lose. On 31 October 2026 the 30D tier of one Non Drop family cost about 13.3 percent more than its No Refill twin, and the Lifetime tier about 66.7 percent more. Test with a small order first and compare cost per retained follower.
Want to measure drops yourself first? Compare the refill tags on the Instagram followers listings and start with the minimum quantity. If you are comparing the best SMM panel or the cheapest SMM panel, retention per rupee is the number to track.
