By registering an account and using services on indiansmmservices.com, you agree to abide by the terms outlined below.

1. Mandatory Support Resolution First

• Contact Support: If you experience any payment failure, uncredited funds, or order delays, you must contact our official WhatsApp support team before taking any outside action.
• Resolution Timeline: Users must allow our support team 24 to 48 hours to investigate and resolve any transaction or service issue.

2. Prohibition of Unauthorized & Fake Chargebacks

• Initiating a direct chargeback or payment dispute with your bank, UPI provider, Paytm, Razorpay, or any third-party payment gateway without contacting support first is strictly prohibited.
• Filing a payment dispute for orders that have already been processed or delivered is considered fraudulent activity.

3. Penalties & Enforcement

Any user who violates this policy by filing an unauthorized or fake dispute will face the following automatic enforcement actions:

• Fixed Penalty Charge: An automatic penalty fee ranging from ₹500 to ₹1,000 will be levied on the account to cover gateway dispute fees and administrative costs.
• Account Suspension: The associated SMM panel account will be immediately and permanently banned.
• Forfeiture of Balance: Any remaining wallet balance or pending order credits will be permanently forfeited and non-refundable.
• Network Blacklisting: The user's UPI ID, phone number, email address, and IP address will be blacklisted across our global service network.
• Legal Action: We reserve the right to submit detailed user logs, IP addresses, transaction records, and order fulfillment proofs to payment gateways and legal authorities to recover damages.
