By Kelvin Mark, Manager, IndianSMMServices.com. Published 18 October 2026. Rates and labels checked on 18 October 2026.
Quick answer: If your channel is public and you only need member count, the cheaper listed option is Telegram Public Channel Members (ID 49412) at ₹38.88 per 1,000, against ₹57.95 per 1,000 for Telegram Members (ID 50076). That is roughly 33 percent less per 1,000 on 18 October 2026, but it comes with a 100-member minimum, a stated pace of 10,000 a day and a label you should verify before relying on it. Start with a test order, keep the order ID, and do not treat any member count as real audience.
The live services page lists five Telegram entries. Two of them add members. Telegram Members (ID 50076) shows a rate of ₹57.9484 per 1,000, a minimum of 10, a maximum of 500,000 and a displayed average time of 8 hours 18 minutes. Its title carries the labels Real, Max 100K, 100k/Day, 0-2H Start and 60D Refill. Telegram Public Channel Members (ID 49412) shows ₹38.8761 per 1,000, a minimum of 100, a maximum of 100,000 and a displayed average time of 4 hours 11 minutes. Its title carries Max 100K, 10k/Day and Lifetime Guarantee.
Notice that the two titles disagree with the numeric fields in places. 50076 says Max 100K in its title while the maximum field reads 500,000. Treat the structured fields as the order form limits, and treat title labels as the provider's description, not a contract.
Here is what a small order costs at those rates. This is an illustrative example and not a guarantee of any result.
Buyers who run several platforms from one wallet can compare against other categories on the same page, such as the Instagram follower service listed at ₹78.5276 per 1,000 (ID 51339), the sort of line people search for when they want to buy Instagram followers. Browse every category on the services page before you split a budget.
Work through these gates in order. Stop at the first one that fails.
A practical sequence is to place a 100-member test on the service that passes every gate, confirm the order status and the displayed delivery behavior, wait a few days, and only then scale. When you are ready, review the Telegram services and start small.
Price per 1,000 is not the whole bill, and the cheapest SMM panel rate is only useful when the refill route behind it actually works. Suppose, purely as a hypothetical, that you order 5,000 members on either service and 500 of them leave within a month. You then hold 4,500 members. Without a refill, the cost per retained member is ₹289.74 divided by 4,500, about ₹0.064, on 50076, and ₹194.38 divided by 4,500, about ₹0.043, on 49412. The 10 percent figure is an assumption for the sake of arithmetic. It is not a measured drop rate, and the site publishes no drop statistics.
Refill labels change the maths only if the refill is actually requested within its window and actually honored. A 60-day refill label means you must act inside that period. A lifetime label is ambiguous until the written terms say whose lifetime it means. Keep your order ID, the starting member count and a screenshot at day 1, day 7 and day 30 so a ticket has evidence behind it. The dispute evidence checklist lists what to save, and the partial orders guide covers the case where only part of an order arrives.
The add-funds page lists UPI, Paytm, PayPal, cards and cryptocurrency, and its FAQ also names Google Pay and PhonePe. The page does not name any crypto coins or gateway, does not state a minimum deposit and says availability, processing times and fees may vary. Service rates on the catalog are shown in rupees with a currency selector, so international buyers should read the amount at checkout instead of converting by hand.
The refund rule matters more than the method. The Terms say refunds apply only to card and UPI payments, approved refunds take 3 to 5 business days, orders must be cancelled within 24 hours for a full refund, and crypto and wallet deposits are non-refundable. If you pay with crypto, send the correct coin on the correct network, expect network fees and assume the transfer cannot be reversed. This is not investment advice and the post says nothing about coin prices. For a longer comparison, read the payment methods guide.
Telegram's Terms of Service prohibit using the service to send spam or scam users and warn that non-compliance may lead to a temporary or permanent ban. The same terms say channels that mislead users into joining through giveaways may be terminated or labeled as a scam, and subscribers gained that way may be removed. Telegram's channel FAQ adds that view counts are approximate and that owners should not message strangers with channel links. None of this says a bought member is banned, but it does mean you should avoid promising anything about audience quality.
There was also a real access shock for Indian users. A Ministry of Electronics and IT order under Section 69A, reported by the Internet Freedom Foundation, restricted Telegram nationwide from 16 June 2026 until 22 June 2026, tied to the NEET-UG re-examination. A Free Press Journal report found uneven enforcement across internet providers. I did not confirm any later restriction, but channel owners who depend on India-based audiences should keep a second channel for announcements.
On 18 October 2026 I read the live services page, add-funds page, Terms page and the blog archive of IndianSMMServices.com, then read Telegram's terms, channel FAQ and ad platform page, and two reports on the June 2026 India order. Figures come from those pages as displayed on that date. Calculations are my own arithmetic on the displayed rates and are labeled illustrative.
IndianSMMServices sells the Telegram services discussed here and has a financial interest in your order. This post makes no claim about credentials beyond describing how the information was gathered. Whatever you decide is the best SMM panel for Telegram, judge it on written terms and your own test order. Treat this post as a buyer's worksheet from a seller, and verify rates, labels and terms yourself before depositing.
The site publishes no drop-rate data, so the drop example is hypothetical. The word Real in a title is not defined on the pages I read. The Lifetime Guarantee and 60D Refill labels appear in titles, but the Terms disclaim guaranteed results and do not describe refills. A separate Telegram landing page on the same site quotes different dollar prices for member tiers than the services page does, so I used only the services page rates and could not reconcile the two. I could not confirm which crypto coins are accepted, the support response time, or whether the services accept private channel links. Prices and labels change, and this post will not update itself.
On the live services page on 18 October 2026, Telegram Public Channel Members (ID 49412) was listed at ₹38.88 per 1,000 and Telegram Members (ID 50076) at ₹57.95 per 1,000, so the public-channel service was about 33 percent cheaper per 1,000. Rates can change, so check the services page before you order.
The listing names 49412 as a public-channel service, and the live services page shows no link-format rules for either service. Treat private-channel use as unconfirmed. Place a very small test order, or ask support through a ticket, before you commit a larger amount.
Not by itself. Telegram's ad platform describes ads running in public channels with 1,000 or more subscribers and a 50 percent revenue share for channel owners, but ads are shown against real views. Purchased members can help a channel cross a subscriber count, yet they do not create genuine readers, views or sponsor interest.
The add-funds page lists cryptocurrency as a payment method but does not name coins or a gateway. The Terms say crypto and wallet deposits are non-refundable, while refunds apply only to card and UPI payments. Crypto transfers are usually irreversible, so deposit only what you plan to spend soon.
No service can promise that. The Terms state that results are not guaranteed, and Telegram's own terms allow bans and channel restrictions for violations. Purchased members are not real readers, so the safest approach is a small order, honest reporting to clients, and no claims about audience quality.
Check the label on your service first. Service 50076 shows a 60-day refill label and 49412 shows a lifetime guarantee label, but the Terms page does not define refills. Save your order ID and delivery screenshots, then open a ticket with the order ID, a category and a message, and wait 24 to 48 hours as the dispute policy suggests.
Next step: compare the options on the services page and start with a small test order. Fund the wallet through the add-funds page only after you have decided how you want to pay.
