SMM Reseller Wholesale Rates: Check the Page Against the Live Catalog First

By Kelvin Mark - Manager, IndianSMMServices.com | Published 5 November 2026 | Pages and rates read on the same date

Quick Answer: The reseller and white-label pages quote round wholesale rates, such as $0.85 per 1,000 Instagram followers. The live services catalog lists different figures, and on the rows we could read the gaps run both ways: YouTube views were about 20 times higher in the catalog than on the white-label page. Price from the exact catalog row you will fulfil, get resale permission in writing, and run a small test before you quote clients.

If you plan to resell social media services to clients, the first number you will see is a wholesale rate on a marketing page. It is easy to build a whole price list on it. This guide compares what our own reseller pages say with what our own catalog shows on 5 November 2026, so you can decide where to trust which figure. We sell these services, so read the Disclosed Bias section too.

What the pages claim and what the live catalog shows

The white-label page lists wholesale costs per 1,000 of about $0.85 for Instagram followers (shown as roughly Rs 70), $0.05 for YouTube views (roughly Rs 4), $0.08 for TikTok views (roughly Rs 7) and $1.45 for Telegram members (roughly Rs 120). It suggests client retail prices of $5 to $15 per 1,000 for Instagram followers, $2 to $8 for YouTube views, $3 to $8 for TikTok views and $5 to $12 for Telegram members. The reseller page uses mostly the same set but shows YouTube views at $0.50 per 1,000 and Telegram members at $1.50, so the two pages already disagree with each other.

Next, the live services catalog. We could read 39,420 of about 61,900 characters of it, so every comparison below covers only the readable part, and a cheaper row may exist in the rest. Rates are shown in rupees per 1,000.

Instagram followers: the cheapest readable row was ID 48762 at Rs 54.9399, labelled No Refill, minimum 25. The cheapest readable row with a refill label was ID 51335, labelled 30D Refill, at Rs 160.8095, minimum 100. The page figure of about Rs 70 sits between them and matches neither row type. YouTube views: the cheapest readable rows were ID 51807 at Rs 81.5204 and ID 51917 at Rs 86.5282, both labelled Non Drop with a lifetime guarantee label. The white-label page says about Rs 4. That is roughly 20 times lower than the catalog row. TikTok views: ID 47791 at Rs 1.5595, labelled Non Drop, is below the page figure of about Rs 7. Telegram members: ID 49412 at Rs 34.3223 and ID 50076 at Rs 53.0495 with a 60D Refill label are both below the page figure of about Rs 120.

Two cautions. First, rows with different labels are different products, so a gap does not mean the page is wrong, only that it cannot be used as a price list. Second, the pages convert dollars to rupees at slightly different implied rates, from about 80 to about 87.5 per dollar, which suggests rounded examples. We did not verify a current market exchange rate for this guide.

Markup is not margin: pricing from the catalog row

The reseller page claims margins of 840 to 2,250 percent on Instagram followers and income of $2,000 to $10,000 a month for resellers, without naming a source. We could not verify those claims. The arithmetic also does not line up with the white-label page: at a $0.85 cost, a markup of 840 percent implies a retail price of about $8.00 per 1,000, and 2,250 percent implies about $19.98, while the white-label page suggests $5 to $15. Treat all of these as sales copy, not as a forecast.

Illustrative example, not a guarantee. Take the Rs 54.9399 no-refill row and a hypothetical retail price of Rs 150 per 1,000. The markup is about 173 percent, and the gross margin is about 63 percent. On a 10,000 order the cost is about Rs 549 and the revenue Rs 1,500, leaving about Rs 951 before payment fees, tools, support time and any refunds you give a client. Now take the 30D Refill row at Rs 160.8095. It costs about 2.9 times the no-refill row, so the same Rs 150 price would lose money, and a Rs 300 price gives a gross margin of about 46 percent. If you sell both versions, price them separately and explain the difference to the client in plain words. If you buy Instagram followers for clients, never quote a refill product at a no-refill price.

For a fuller method, see our SMM reseller margin calculator guide. The best SMM panel for a reseller is the one whose written terms and tested delivery you can explain to a client, not the one with the lowest headline rate. If you want the lowest cost per delivered unit rather than the lowest rate, the cheapest SMM panel row is rarely the cheapest after drops, which is why a small paid test matters.

Resale permission, payments and refunds

The Terms page lists, among user responsibilities, a ban on reselling, redistributing or commercially exploiting the services without prior written authorization. The white-label page says you license the platform under your own brand, says there is no minimum volume, and says API access is available to all registered accounts at no additional cost. It states no setup or monthly fee from IndianSMMServices.com, although it estimates third-party panel software at $50 to $150 a month and domain and hosting at $10 to $30 a month, with a total startup cost typically under $300. None of the pages we read describes how written authorization is obtained. That is a gap you can close with one message: ask support to confirm in writing that your use, including any branded panel, is allowed.

On the child panel versus white-label question, the white-label page FAQ describes a child panel as access to the existing platform under a different login and white label as fully branded under your name. It does not mention nameservers or who owns the client data. Ask both questions before you put a domain on it.

Refunds, per the Terms: refunds apply only to Card and UPI payments, crypto and wallet deposits are non-refundable, approved refunds take 3 to 5 business days, a full refund needs cancellation within 24 hours, and completed, delivered services are not refunded. The Terms we read have no refill clause. The footer lists UPI, Paytm, PayPal, cards and crypto, and the reseller page body also mentions Perfect Money and bank transfers, which the footer does not. We could not load a dedicated add-funds page, because that address showed the homepage, so we cannot state a minimum deposit or crypto coins. The reseller page suggests starting with a $5 to $10 test deposit. Support hours are listed as 2 PM to 4 PM and 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with no time zone, while the footer says 24/7 support. Plan around the narrower hours until support confirms otherwise.

Before you set retail prices: a decision checklist

Use these checks in order, and stop at the first one that fails.

  1. Decide which services you will resell and note the exact catalog row for each, including its label, minimum and maximum.
  2. Ask support, in writing, for resale authorization and for the wholesale price that applies to your account if it differs from the catalog.
  3. Fund a small test order. Our 7-day pilot guide shows what to record at 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days.
  4. Work out cost, payment fees and refund exposure, then set a target gross margin and the retail price from it.
  5. Write a client message that says what the order is, what the label promises and what it does not, and avoid any promise of retention or results.

Platform rules matter for client work. YouTube Help states that it does not allow anything that artificially increases views, likes or other metrics, and it warns that the decisions of someone you hire can affect your channel (YouTube fake engagement policy). We could not read the body text of Meta's spam policy page, so we make no claim about its wording; check it yourself before selling to Instagram clients.

Methodology

On 5 November 2026 we read the white-label page, the reseller page, the Terms, the dispute policy, the API page, the homepage version served at the add-funds address, the readable portion of the services catalog and the blog archive. We placed no orders and tested no delivery. The only calculations are arithmetic on listed prices, and each is labelled illustrative. Page figures are the site operator's own claims and were not independently verified. Anything we could not confirm, such as the unread part of the catalog, a minimum deposit, crypto coins and the authorization process, is left out or flagged.

E-E-A-T and Disclosed Bias

IndianSMMServices.com sells the services discussed here and has a financial interest in resellers using them. This guide is written by the platform's own team, so it deliberately shows where our pages disagree with each other, because a reseller who finds the gap later will trust us less. Kelvin Mark manages the platform. We make no claim of independent testing. Verify every figure on the live pages named above before you rely on it.

Limitations

We read only about 64 percent of the services catalog, so cheaper or dearer rows may exist. Catalog rates, labels and IDs change without notice, and the page figures may be updated after this date. We did not measure delivery, drops or refill performance for any row. We did not verify a market exchange rate, the income and margin claims, or the third-party software costs quoted on the white-label page. Reseller income depends on your clients, your price and your support effort, and nothing here predicts it.

Frequently asked questions

What are the SMM reseller wholesale rates at IndianSMMServices.com?

The live catalog lists a rate per 1,000 for every service row, and that table is the figure to price from. On 5 November 2026 the cheapest Instagram followers row we could read was Rs 54.9399 per 1,000 with no refill, and the cheapest one with a 30-day refill label was Rs 160.8095. The white-label page quotes a separate set of round wholesale figures, so confirm any quote against the row you plan to sell.

Why don't the wholesale figures on the white-label page match the services catalog?

We cannot say why, because the site does not explain it. The white-label page lists YouTube views at about Rs 4 per 1,000, while the cheapest YouTube views row we could read in the catalog was Rs 81.5204. The page figures may be examples or an older price list, and the rows differ in labels. Ask support in writing which number applies to your account before setting retail prices.

Do I need written permission to resell IndianSMMServices.com services?

The Terms page says users must not resell, redistribute or commercially exploit the services without prior written authorization. The reseller and white-label pages invite resellers but do not describe an authorization process. Email or message support, ask for the authorization in writing, and keep the reply with your records before you take client money.

What is the difference between a child panel and a white-label panel here?

The white-label page FAQ says a child panel gives access to the existing platform under a different login, while white label is fully branded under your own name and domain. The page does not give nameserver steps or say who owns the client data, so ask support to confirm both before you build on either option.

How do I calculate a safe retail price for an SMM reseller?

Start from the catalog rate of the exact row you will fulfil, add your payment and tool costs, then decide a target gross margin. Markup and margin are different: an illustrative Rs 150 retail price on a Rs 54.9399 row is a 173 percent markup but a 63 percent gross margin. Price the refill version separately, because it can cost nearly three times as much.

Is it safe to resell Instagram followers to clients?

It carries real risk for the client. YouTube Help says it does not allow anything that artificially increases metrics, and that a hired promoter's decisions can affect your channel. Other platforms have similar rules. Tell clients plainly what an order is, avoid promising retention, and keep order records. Nothing here guarantees that an order will go unnoticed or stay delivered.

Ready to price a small first batch? Browse the live services catalog, pick one row, and message support to confirm resale authorization before you quote a client. There is no need to commit to a large deposit to test the numbers above.
